Product Innovation or New Product Development (NPD) is a key driver of business growth. It is also one of the most inefficient and risky activities a company can undertake. It’s important to separate idea generation or concept generation from evaluation. In our innovation process we run an objective, criteria based concept evaluation called ‘Q-Blast’. This uses voting technology to help separate winners from losers and to develop consumer insight to guide further new product innovation and development.
